Life is more fun when you’re fit and healthy

There is no denying that life is more fun when we are fit and healthy.  You feel good, you feel virtuous, you can do the things you want to do.  And it makes sex and relationships better.

The list goes on and on.  Sadly, the society that we live in makes it ever harder to look after our diet and exercise needs; putting tempting foods, and longer working hours in our way every day.

My whole life I have been an active person.  I played hockey from age seven and have never looked back: cross-country running, skiing, cycling, swimming, triathlon, sailing, rock climbing and more.  Exercise and a good diet have become the habits of a lifetime for me.

I get out to exercise most days, but usually I am doing it alone.  So, here’s my offer:

Would you like to be a fitter, healthier version of yourself and have fun doing it?  Then employ me as your personal trainer+.

Meet me once a week and I will push you through an exercise routine that we plan for you.

I use and recommend Crossfit and High Intensity Interval Training to create good all-round strength and fitness with the minimum amount of time (interval training for 15 minutes gives me the equivalent effect of jogging for up to 45 minutes per session).  So we can get you through a workout faster.

Afterward there’s time for a long hot shower and massage to give you that most necessary thing that our busy lives so often take from us: intimate human touch.

You can visit me at Sydney Olympic Park to train, or I can come to you.  My apartment has some great parks close by for training, and of course it’s available for post training massage.

Cost:

  • One on one training – 50 minutes training 20 minutes massage $150 per session
  • Buddy training (for two) – 50 minutes training, 15 minute massage each: $100 per session each

The massage can be either a regular sports massage, or can include a happy ending if you so desire!

To be clear, I am not a “qualified” personal trainer.  But I have a lifetime of personal experience in training myself and working with others to improve their fitness and health.  I can also provide good advice on your diet (including recipes!).

John.
